Both the stems and roots of Balsamroot contain an array of flavonoids, including 7-methyl-ether and 6-hydroxykaempferol inuilin, glycans, resins and terabinthine principles (mainly in the root), and caffeic acids similar to those found in Echinacea. Topically, balsamroot serves to disinfect, reduce inflammation, and enhance healing. Many of its medicinal characteristics can also be used to disinfect wounds or kill fungi living on the skin. It is also thought to stimulate white blood cell activity, thereby boosting the immune system with dosing that lasts up to six weeks.
This is packed with 3 different extractions; arrowleaf absolute, arrowleaf water extract, and arrowleaf hydrosol. Includes big sage hydrosol, and big sage essential oil.
